AAM has been engaged to provide investment and management services across a range of industry sectors including property acquisition, large scale irrigated and dry land cropping properties, intensive and extensive livestock enterprises, vertically integrated processing facilities and various infrastructure assets.

General Manager / Investment Committee
Tim Gallagher is head of the investment and operational management team for Agricultural Asset Management. Tim has overall responsibility for identifying assets on behalf of investors and providing operational oversight for the on-going business. Tim currently manages a diversified portfolio of agricultural investments including intensive cotton and grain production, livestock and meat processing. Tim has extensive experience in the management and development of livestock and farming operations having held a number of key executive positions with the Australian Agricultural Company. In these roles, Tim managed a portfolio of over $600m in rural property assets.
Garry Edwards is the Managing Director of the Regional Infrastructure Group of companies which encompasses Agricultural Asset Management Pty Ltd. The Regional Infrastructure Group is an established asset management company that provides asset identification, design and construction and operational management services to wholesale institutional investors. It presently has engagements to build individual portfolios of investment projects in excess of $300m.
In addition, Garry has overall responsibility for Agricultural Asset Management strategy and business development and brings a wealth of experience in the development and management of agricultural enterprises. Garry was also a Director and major shareholder of Integrated Traceability Solutions (Global) Pty Ltd, Regional Infrastructure Pty Ltd, and CRF Group Ltd.
John Sloman is a Partner at Williams Hall Chadwick, based in Brisbane.
John was born & raised in Glen Innes and grew up on a Sheep & Cattle property. His family still lives on the property & have a close involvement with the area & industry.
John has 20 years’ experience advising business as a Chartered Accountant. Over this time has built a speciality in advising agricultural & agribusiness clients. Has a strong understanding of the Cattle, Sheep, Grain & Cotton industries, both at a macro and strategic level & at a day to day operational level. Past assignments have included advice on property purchases, property sales, business re-structures, assessing changes in enterprise mix & valuations of going concerns.
